St Joseph's Parish Centre re-opened after being fully rebuilt in 2001.  This purpose-built facility is designed to handle any type of function.  Whether it is a quiet drink with friends of a wedding reception to remember, St Joseph's leads the way for quality of service and value for money.  The two large car parks are monitored 24hrs a day by CCTV for that extra peace of mind.

 

There is a well kept bowling green surrounded by a pleasant, well maintained garden, in a quiet residential area adjacent to the town centre.  Inside the building is a beautifully decorated spacious lounge area and a fully licensed bar.  Adjoining the lounge is the games room with two full size snooker tables, a pool table, darts, dominoes and a large screen TV.

 

The Caldwell Suite:  The Caldwell Suite is our largest room for hire, with a maximum seating capacity of 200.  The room is ideal for any occasion, function, exhibition or conference.  This superb room is complemented by comfortable and modern furnishings and can be adapted to meet your needs.  It boasts its own fully licensed bar, and we have a choice of table sizes and styles to suit your function and number of guests.  The ballroom floor can accommodate 180 people for dancing and the room has its own demountable stage and PA System.

 

The Hitchen Room:  The smaller of the two rooms available, this purpose built boardroom will hold up to 40 people and is ideal for all business and group meetings.  The room comes equipped with an overhead projector, is fitted with a whiteboard and has plug sockets for TV or computer equipment.  The room is also now available for breakfast meetings.
